Surprisingly, or perhaps not, the same applies to designers. And yet, even designers who aren’t privy to these methodologies can be extremely successful at understanding their clients’ needs. How? The answer is simple: natural curiosity.

My career has been shaped by a persistent sense of curiosity. Each project I encounter is a journey into the unknown, a chance to navigate through varied industries, target audiences, business models, markets, platforms, and technologies. Being genuinely curious helps me contextualize every challenge, enrich my understanding of the problem, provide informed solutions, and effectively help my clients get to where they want to be.

Furthermore, team collaboration offers an efficient approach to problem-solving and task completion. By leveraging the collective intelligence of the team, diverse perspectives are considered, leading to more comprehensive analyses and innovative solutions. Each team member can contribute their unique skills and expertise, enabling the group to overcome obstacles and make progress more swiftly and effectively.

Saudi National Day – JUMPPEAK

Industry: National Branding / Motion Video
My Role: Scriptwriter
Languages: Arabic
Scope: Full scriptwriting for motion video

What I Did:

This project started with one idea: steps.
The steps we take at JUMPPEAK toward digital transformation, and the steps Saudi Arabia has taken to lead the way in it.

I wrote the script based on that shared journey. Then sat down with our art director to figure out how we could bring it to life visually. We didn’t want it to feel generic, so we tied each part of the script to real projects and real progress happening in KSA.

It turned into something we were all proud of. Not just a celebration, but a story about growth, ours and theirs.

Impact:

The video resonated deeply, especially with our Saudi followers. It was widely shared and appreciated by both clients and audiences for its emotional tone and clean messaging. For me, it was one of those moments where I felt the power of storytelling. How a few lines, delivered just right, can give people goosebumps.

Floating Forward – Goethe-Institute Cairo

Industry: Environmental Awareness / Arts & Culture
My Role: Scriptwriter
Languages: Arabic
Scope: Scriptwriting for an awareness motion video series

What I Did:

Floating Forward is one of those projects that stays with you.
Not just because I got to write it, but because I got to belong to something bigger.

The Goethe-Institut Cairo launched this series to shed light on a quiet crisis: plastic pollution in the Nile. It’s the kind of issue we pass by every day without noticing… but it’s there, silently hurting everything around us.

What made this project special was the way it chose to speak, not through lectures or data, but through art. Through storytelling. Through a group of passionate people who took plastic waste and turned it into something meaningful. Something that stands and speaks.

My role? To bring that journey to life through words.
To make people not just understand, but feel. I wrote every sentence to flow like the Nile itself, soft, real, and a little bit awakening.

Impact:

This project didn’t just get views, it moved people.
And that’s when something unexpected happened. After the series was released, UNICEF Egypt reached out. They had seen the work and wanted to collaborate on a new campaign, this time about positive parenting during crises.

That message, that moment, it hit different.
It reminded me why I do what I do: because when words are written with heart and honesty, they don’t just tell a story.

They open doors.
They bring people together.
And sometimes… they lead to change.
